    • Once a service has been assigned to a partner, cancellation will no longer be allowed.
  2. Refund Policy:
    • If you cancel a service before it is assigned, any amount paid will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
    • No refund will be processed for cancellations made after the service is assigned.
  3. Processing Time:
    • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days, depending on your payment method and bank’s processing time.
  4. Special Cases:
    • If a service cannot be delivered due to partner unavailability or operational reasons from our side, a full refund will be issued automatically.
