Welcome to Okji Home Service. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including but not limited to electrician, plumbing, AC and appliance repair, painting, carpentry, interior design, and deep cleaning services.
By booking any service, you agree to these Terms.
- Service Booking
Bookings can be made through our website, app, or customer support.
Accurate information must be provided (e.g., address, contact, issue description).
Same-day service is subject to availability.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances. - Pricing and Payment
Prices are estimated based on the scope of work; final charges may vary post inspection.
A minimum visiting/inspection charge is applicable for each service.
Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless prepaid.
Accepted payment methods: cash, UPI, card, or online payment gateway. - Cancellations and Rescheduling
Free cancellations are allowed up to 2 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellations within 2 hours or missed appointments may incur a fee.
Rescheduling is subject to availability. - Warranty
Most services come with a limited service warranty (typically 7–30 days), depending on the type of service.
The warranty covers service-related defects only, not product failure or user damage.
The warranty will be void if the service is altered by an external party. - Customer Responsibilities
Ensure someone is present at the service location during the scheduled time.
Provide access to required facilities (power, water, etc.).
Ensure a safe working environment for our technicians.
Report any issue within the warranty period. - Technician Conduct
All our technicians are background-verified and trained.
Any misconduct or unprofessional behavior must be reported immediately.
Technicians are not permitted to accept tips or engage in side services without official booking. - Liability
Okji is not responsible for pre-existing damage, faulty equipment, or concealed issues not visible during inspection.
In case of accidental damage, liability is limited to the cost of service or replacement (as applicable).
Okji is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. - Use of Materials
We use standard-quality parts and materials; branded options are available upon request at additional cost.
Customers may provide their own materials, but we are not responsible for their quality or performance. - Termination of Service
Okji reserves the right to deny or terminate service in cases of:
Abuse or harassment of staff.
Unsafe or unsanitary working conditions.
Non-payment or fraudulent behavior. - Privacy
Customer information is used solely for service delivery and support.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties without consent.

Any disputes shall be resolved amicably first.
If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai. - Modifications
Okji reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms will be posted on our website/app with an effective date.
